My salad was missing the salad dressing, unsure if there was a concern that their salad dressing had gluten in it or not since I asked for the salad to be "gluten free" on my comments.

Res prepares the softest and most flavorable scrambled eggs. I appreciate her skill. I watched while Metar served coffee to a lady bound to a wheel chair. She had not ordered and was waiting for someone. He sought approval from the manager to serve her free coffee. He showed charitable service to this lady.

There is no other place like la Madeleine for so many reasons- the people that work there, the comfortable atmosphere, the music selections, the wonderful choices of coffee & milk & breads & drinks, the delicious food. I am so happy Anissa has returned at the register! We all missed her. Going to the Meyerland location is the way I love to start my day before work to read & write and have a peaceful place to think of the coming day. When I come in, I feel so welcomed and appreciated by every single person that works here. Qais is everywhere helping in all the various jobs and is so kind to me. Mitar is always ready with fresh bread for me and is such a good man. Pedro and Touraj manage this location perfectly and they appreciate everyone who comes in and welcomes us. Marylou works so hard preparing and delivering orders to customers. Zineb and Christine are always so thoughtful and caring and take their time to explain and answer any questions we may have. And there are so many other who work at Meyerland location and they are all the best. What a lovely place to meet others for meetings or for visits or for quiet reflection in the morning. The workers are fast. The workers are efficient. And the workers are also nice.

This location is only way home from the gym and is always stocked. The to go staff is always friendly and makes sure my order is packaged well. They always have my favorite pastry in stock as well.
