la Madeleine

Friday morning I ordered food to dine in and after I finished I ordered some food from a nice guy named qais he was very polite and was quick. Will come back for sure

I just came from la Madeleine and I had excellent service. The host was Qais. He was friendly and helpful. I appreciate the fast and friendly service.

Qais is always helpful. I never have a problem with food or service at this cafe If there is ever an issue like no coffee I can always tell Qais and he will take care of the need. He is friendly and helpful. I keep returning to this location because the service is excellent.

Qais, Christine, and Anissa always give excellent service. I come often because they make me feel welcomed and take my order accurately. If I need anything they are always willing to help me.

There is no other place like La Madeleine at Meyerland. It is such a comfortable, pleasing place to eat, to rest, to work, to find peace and you get so much value for what you pay. Every person working here is special, unique - and each person at Meyerland location works so hard and seems to care so much for the people who come here. I had a hip replacement so had not been coming in for awhile, but I was surprised when I finally returned that everyone remembered my name and asked where I had been. That was so nice. I really appreciate each person. Qais is wonderful and always makes me laugh. He does everything - every job in the restaurant and does it so well. You can always depend on him no matter what. Pedro also does everything and greets everyone with such enthusiasm and pleasure. I hope the management realizes the excellent people that work in La Madeleine and how much the customers appreciate them and not only Qais and Pedro, but Mitar, Anissa, Zineb, Marilu, Kristine, Jose, Turaj and all the other employees who make our visits so peaceful and pleasant.

The staff at the Meyerland cafe are always friendly and their attention to details is excellent. Several employees (Michelle in particular) know how I like certain food prepared. i never have to remind them--it's amazing service! The food is always tasty and fresh too!
