The customer service was great. The cashier and host were very helpful. The food came fast.

LaMadeleine is always consistent. The servers at this particular location are usually very good, too. On this visit, I requested something unusual, and they didn't give me any problems about it. That showed great professionalism and attention to the customer, which I appreciated.

My “La Madeleine Café” was extremely exquisite. Unlike most places, the food feels fresh and made with love. Service was also extremely lovely ☺️ They were super attentive and sweet!

I've been going to this restaurant for 15 years. Many of the staff I've known for some of those years. They are friendly, efficient, and generally happy. I always have a good food experience when I go there. I love the warmth, the smell, and the flavor.

Alejandro at the register was very helpful. I am disbled and Mittard brought me coffee and bread. Service eas wuck and atmosphete was pleasant - a litlle louder today than usual ( busier?)
