The flavor of the chicken used to be better.

Service and ordering was slow during lunch and dinner hours.

The ambience wasn’t the best. There was a table that had not been bussed right although there weren’t many customers present.

Service is always great

The coffee was hot and fresh. Pastries are tasty. Servers are friendly.

When I called in my order on the phone I was driving but the associate knew what the name of the order was and made sure my salad didn’t come with bacon since I stressed to her I’m a vegetarian. Then when I got home I realized I left my teacher discount card and I called and made arrangements to get it tomorrow. I was completely satisfied with my experience and the knowledge of the employees.

My food was warm and this location was not as clean as the one I normally visit.

I would like to be able to get bread like before instead of having to ask for it

My wife did not like the taste of the COM soup. All great other than that.
