It was good overall

The restaurant was cold. I didn’t know where to start the line. There was not a greeter.

waited at the front counter for 3 or 4 minutes. All of the staff were back in the kitchen and no one was at the counter or in the food prep line or at the cashier's station. Finally, a man came out and said, let me get someone to help you; another minute or so to come out. Once they came to the counter, the service was prompt.

The table layout in this location always makes it feel cramped and crowded. The soup I was served had spilled over the side of the cub and onto the saucer, which I didn't love.
