The ambience of La Madeline is always calm and welcoming, I find comfort coming here with my family. I am never disastified in my expirience with this restaurant

Restroom toilet has a huge leak and the water is wet. The water will leak onto your hand when flushing the toilet. Also found a hair in food.

The cashier was great. She was efficient with processing our order even when she was interrupted by the manager and an inpatient customer that was behind us in line. Had management been on their a game everything may be great.

When I arrived 15 minutes after placing my order, it was still not ready. I went ahead and paid, but when my order was finally ready about 10 minutes later, the cashier (a different person than the one whom I paid) did not simply hand it to me, but took her time helping other customers. She mistakenly thought that I still needed to pay, so I waited another 5 minutes before receiving my order. When I checked the bag, I noticed that I had not received my cup of soup. One of the other employees bumbled around for a bit and finally gave me my order. When I tasted the soup it was cold, but I didn't feel like going back to complain.

My food order didn’t come with a side and it used to always come with a side. My food didn’t taste as good as before. They were also out of bread.
