I was Satisfied. The prices are a bit high. The clearing of dirty dishes was excellent.

I come here weekly. I am satisfied with the experience. But maybe because I come here so routinely I don’t see it as highly satisfied. No real issues at all. Just my evaluation style

Stood there for a good while before our order was taken. Couldn’t find the lady and the manager ended attending us. He was great.

The cost is almost prohibitive. Just can not afford to go there. The servers are always very nice. My husband get mad every time I go to La Madeleine. He says it is just too expensive for what you get.

The kid's meal order was *completely* wrong (some other sandwich which isn't even an option for kids meals) and we didn't realized until we were at home.

bacon was way over cooked and it seems like if I order breakfast after like 11 am the bacon was cooked along time ago and not when i ordered

The bread display was messy

An item I ordered from the online menu, carrot cake, was no longer being offered, so I had to make a substitution. I was called to make the selection before I arrived to pick up my order.
