T meet my criteria.

I am highly satisfied

Tables were dirty. Didn’t like the French onion soup. Overheard staff telling a customer he didn’t need the bread.

For a long time we have ordered the bran muffin. The last time we ordered it, the taste and texture was different. We thought that this was possibly a one time situation. We ordered it again today and were disappointed again. We would like to have the old recipe back.

Plates and utensils are dirty

I was satisfied.

I was not highly satisfied with my la Madeline cafe experience because the worker was rude and rolled her eyes when I asked for my food to be heated up. Other than that, it was pleasant except for the food being crazy expensive and there were very few tables open.

Design of the survey for "highly satisfied" choice is a really skewed

Nothing special occurred. But very good experience. I have no suggestions

Food portions are slightly smaller then in the past. Noticeable price increase recently.
