The restaurant was cold. I didn’t know where to start the line. There was not a greeter.

waited at the front counter for 3 or 4 minutes. All of the staff were back in the kitchen and no one was at the counter or in the food prep line or at the cashier's station. Finally, a man came out and said, let me get someone to help you; another minute or so to come out. Once they came to the counter, the service was prompt.
