I ordered a quiche florentine, the dough didn't taste good compared to my previous taste at this same location. I am not satisfied with whatever changes has been made to it

The quiche Florentine was not very good. It did not taste like it was made with real eggs, but rather made with powdered eggs. Not a good value for the prices paid. Staff was not especially welcoming or friendly. This was our first time back since Covid-19 lockdowns; probably will not return.

The restaurant is old and in need of a thorough cleaning and probably a renovation. It is very old and shows its age. The men's restroom was dirty, needs a thorough deep cleaning. There were no towels to dry hands with; makes me wonder if employees even washed their hands.

The soup was not hot even when I took it to the counter. The friend was very dry and not hot.

The glasses and plates were all dirty at the bread and drink stations. The bread was cold.

I chose a table on the patio which had not been wiped down. After bringing it to someone's attention it was taken care of. Howeverer, as I believe a consequence, there were obnoxiously large flies that needed to be shown away regularly.

My quiche was over cooked, the top was brown and it had very little taste. I picked up my order and did not see the problem until I got home. It wasn't worry the extra effort to return it.

I did not feel welcomed. No greeting or thank you. Long line, only one person working the bakery/to go counter. I stopped in for a breakfast pastry & iced tea on my way to work. I was there for 25 minutes, too long.

Item I ordered was not in stock. I was told to substitute and I would receive a credit for the item out of stock, which is to be determined if this occurs.
