The potatoes tasted old and greasy. The turkey was cold and was simply sandwich sliced meat. Too salty too.

the App was updated yesterday with no advance notice. I had to download the new app, fill out all of my information and credit card data while holding up the line to pay for my items. After all that, the app no longer allows paying with the app, so I did not see any use for entering my credit card info. You should have sent out a notice to members prior to the change letting them know about it before they get to the restaurant. Huge inconvenience for me and the other customers in line. Big fail on your part.

I ordered, and was charged for, chicken on my salad, I got home and there was no chicken on my salad. I called the restaurant and the employee who answered said she would check. She left me on hold and didn't come back. I live 15 minutes away from this place and I was not going to drive back (30 minutes round trip) to get them to correct it that night. I will go another day and hope they refund me or make me another salad correctly.

I ordered two salade samplers. One of them was incorrect because we were given regular dressing when I ordered fat free dressing since I have dietary restrictions. The second salade sampler was okay until we went to pay. Once we paid, we noticed that we were charged for an upgrade even though we did not order the upgrade when asked what we wanted. Then the latte was overly sweet when I ordered sugar free vanilla. I also question whether or not fat free milk was used. Finally, I was told that I could not use my Visa gift card even though I had proof of the card on my phone along with the numbers, expiration date, and the cvv.

Ordered breakfast croissant from parking lot, went in to pay for my order, and it was ready. Eggs were not hot, croissant was room temperature, bacon was raw, and cheese was cold (out of frig normally melted). the associates are wonderful, food quality has declined.

The lady working the cash register is so kind . So was the gentleman who brought us the food. Very professional ( both).

First of all, after filling this in, it just erased so I'm going to try again. First of all, you should figure out a better way to serve a meal when one person has a quich and the other a sandwich. I sat there five minutes or more waiting for my wife's sandwich. I was served a quiche that was partially liquid when I took the first bite. Maybe it's supposed to be served that way? My thought that it wasn't fully cooked. If it's supposed to be that way, then every other time I've been served an overcooked quiche at LaMad. When I brought it to staff attention they said that is the way it is supposed to be served. They did cook one that came out more solid, but was too hot to eat. Of course by then the timing of the meal was a total disaster. Unfortunately it really didn't taste that great and the ham seemed hard or chewy. This was my worst experience at LaMad and last year we had an experience here where they forgot half our order (but was handled well by management with a gift card).

The Chicken La Madeleine has no flavor. The broccoli was barely cooked. The mushroom sauce was very watery.

I got a salad, croissant and cookie. The salad which I normally love was completely wilted. Was not fresh and half of it was turning brown very disappointing.
