The cashier was great. She was efficient with processing our order even when she was interrupted by the manager and an inpatient customer that was behind us in line. Had management been on their a game everything may be great.

When I arrived 15 minutes after placing my order, it was still not ready. I went ahead and paid, but when my order was finally ready about 10 minutes later, the cashier (a different person than the one whom I paid) did not simply hand it to me, but took her time helping other customers. She mistakenly thought that I still needed to pay, so I waited another 5 minutes before receiving my order. When I checked the bag, I noticed that I had not received my cup of soup. One of the other employees bumbled around for a bit and finally gave me my order. When I tasted the soup it was cold, but I didn't feel like going back to complain.

My food order didn’t come with a side and it used to always come with a side. My food didn’t taste as good as before. They were also out of bread.

Item ordered from app was not in stock; another item was substituted. I was notified before I arrived at the location for pickup.

Staff were not friendly. They shouted instructions. I could not tell to whom the staff was talking because each person talked into space not the customers.

Overall good experience, some of the layout could be improved for easier ordering of dessert when the dessert/to go counter is occupied with a to go order. But nothing bad

I believe a Hispanic lady(most likely the manager) didn’t really want to help me. I used to work at this location years before and the managers I had then would always step in to help if the customer came up to them
