Customer in front of me, took a long time to order from the bakery, kept debating with her adult granddaughter. It was not the associates fault. Place not clean. Another Customer walked in with no mask and no one stopped him.

Mostly everyone was really helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was when we asked for coffee (because they were out) an employee looked at us with indifference and didn't talk to us but told someone else to help us.

The food and the customer service is great but The tables and the chairs are in bad shape the table feels sticky not clean and some of the chairs are chipped

I was with 3 people. Two of us got our food immediately. The third person's sandwich took about 10 additional minutes to arrive. We even had to go check on it twice and were told they were working on it.

Item (chocolate croissants) ordered on the mobile app where not available and I was asked to return the next day. I wish the item would have been marked or flagged as not available.

In the morning the soups are consistently not ready. Staff was pushy. Staff was inaccurate with description of food.
