Cleanliness and ease.

The food is hot and fresh. The staff is friendly, polite and helpful. Tara, our cashier is helpful, friendly and patient with our order. Mitar, our server, brought our food within minutes of our order. Mitar is exceptional helpful and friendly. He is a pleasure to converse with, although are talk is short. The cooks do a consistently good job with our order. The eggs, bacon and crossoint (sp) were hot when they arrived. You can tell I like the staff. I enjoy the fireplace during the cooler periods, even if it is gas. The managers are pleasant the few times I spoken with them. I used to bring my Mom here and she loved coming here. God Bless.

Everything was amazing I love the Deserts and I really enjoyed coming here today because of the amazing service. I really love the the place and it is pretty clean!

I am highly satisfied with the Madeleine experience because if the delicious food, my favorite thing to order here is a sandwich with a side of tomato soup, I love it!!!

The food was great tasting. The temperature and texture were excellent. The staff was friendly and inviting. The restaurant was clean. The music and sounds were relaxing. I would definitely bring friends and family.

Quais is a good server, always fun, always kind

I usually order the same thing every time I come here, and since I'm a regular the servers here have memorized my usual order and make it very easy for me to get what I want for everytime, they are all so friendly!
