No one started my order for at least 15 minutes. The cashier was busy taking orders so he couldn't put orders together and take orders.

The price was relatively expensive. I felt like I should be able to get more for my money.

Seemed the people behind the counter were super busy, tho a friendly Hi would be nice, also people just walk in front of you, should have a line or marking

It was not clear where to place my order. The young woman who finally took my order did not know the names of the items on the menu so she asked self evident questions. There wasn't any butter available without asking for it. There were not enough employees to make the cafe operate smoothly.

I get that butter flour and milk are basic French ingredients, but you could still have more gluten free options. Gluten free chicken offered but no gluten free pasta? My husband loves this place, and I would be happy to visit more often if there was anything on the brunch menu or lunch menu I could eat besides a salad with strawberries. I really like the people here, and the ambience, honestly. And I wish I could safely eat more of the food. I used to be excited about the macaroons, but y'all got rid of those too. Best of luck, and thanks for listening. Sincerely, Kelli from Houston

Great location, friendly efficient service, food always excellent but starting to become a Starbucks remote work location. Although today not as bad as typical day. Why encourage remote workers? They are loud, rude, take up tables, stay a long time, only have coffee and eat bread. Glad to see limiting bread to reduce this but I hate subsidizing remote workers by paying higher prices and have to listen to loud phone conversations. Totally ruins ambiance. Would be highly satisfied with all aspects if remote workers could be minimized or improved their behavior for actual customers. Not only this location as I go to River Oaks and Tanglewood hoping to find better situation. I think the free WiFi and accessible outlets sends the wrong message and needs to be addressed for all locations.
