I ordered a lemon tart and a fruit tart in this trip. I received two fruit tarts. Sadly did not open the box until I got home

Placing order was easy and I used my monthly coupon but the associate did not give my receipt , I have to ask her to give it to me since I saw that there’s a free pastry with doing this survey

Soup was not hot

Not this visit, but on the previous visit, I was unable to use the $3 credit on an order, and the Asst. Mgr./Mgr. was very unhelpful. Anytime I have had to deal with the management, they don't seem to care about customer service. The other staff are friendly and competent. If it weren't for them, I would use another location.

I was satisfied I picked up a coconut cream cake

They did not care about my allergies. Eye roll when asked for no bacon. Unfriendly staff.

Clam chowder was a disappointment. Only corn and potatoes. No clam

Items that I had ordered and paid for were not included in the food that was handed to me. This was disappointing and as it was soup for my 6yo, caused a disproportionate disruption in my household.

My soup was not hot. Quiche was over cooked on top

My specific order took a while to get to the table but it was resolved after the problem was recognized
