It smelled like sewage and wasn’t clean. I came around 4p. Business was slow. I counted five tables with dishes stacked up like a mountain. I haven’t been here in a couple years. Disappointed in quality of staff and cleanliness of restaurant. I almost left.

There was human feces on the floor of the men’s bathroom (at the urinal). There was no water being dispensed from the water dispenser. No knives were available for use.

I have a problem with your Rewards Program's recent changes. You now require the customer to do all the work. This is VERY UNFAIR!!! Reward customers now have to scan in their receipts in order to get reward points. PLUS, the receipt DOES NOT have a QR code to QUICKLY bring up the La Madeleine website that would at lease same me some of my time. What was wrong with the old way to get rewards? You are making it difficult for the customer! I am considering to reducing my twice a week tip of 15% down to ZERO (0), because of this. NO REWARDS PROGRAMS THAT I CURRENTLY USE asks the customer to do so much work, in order to get rewards like the La Madeleine restaurants require today. If nothing changes SOON, then I'm making my own changes against La Madeleine restaurants.

I dined at the Meyerland store on 5/05 at 2:56 pm. The strawberry napoleon served to me was old goods and should have been removed from the display cabinet and discarded before I had even arrived. The pastry layers were soggy, the strawberry was beginning to decay, and the whole thing turned to a mushy mess when I used a fork to break off a piece to eat. The texture and taste were in no way what I was expecting. And I wasted my Level Up discount on purchasing it! I didn't report to an associate because that would have lruined the flow of conversation and eating an afternoon treat with my friend.
