The ambience of the restaurant is very inviting. The food is so fresh and so delicious. The staff was very courteous.

Everyone was very helpful with it being my first visit. I’m traveling on business and it was great to get a fantastic salad. Food tasted great.

Friendly customer service

I was highly dissatisfied with the new La Madeleine app. It would not work properly, very hard to get reward points, hard to figure out, it requires uploading receipts for points which is difficult and an impediment and in my opinion a deliberate attempt to prevent people from getting points. I do not like up uploading a credit card number for security reasons, so having to upload photos of receipts is a joke. The prior app was more friendly. I was a good customer and I'll likely stop going to La Madeleine. Roland Garcia

The waiter was fabulous, serving was fast and he was very friendly. Cashier did not look happy. It was my first time in and everything was great except knowing where to order and where the menu is. I had to ask the cashier and didn’t feel like she wanted to help.

The food felt light and refreshing. Food was very tasty. I might just have to come back again just for the pasta salad alone! My sandwich was quite filling.
