I love coming to La Madeleine and the customers service is amazing

The customer service experience was excellent. I didn't give all the information needed for my order and the gentleman helping just asked me again what I wanted without an attitude.

I love the environment. I also love the food here it’s very very good and it’s close to the house. Love how there’s not a lot of people here so it’s easy to get in and out

If I could rate this location higher than 100%, I would. The almond croissants are the best, and I always look forward to the many friendly faces and fantastic customer service from all the staff, including the managers. I appreciate that they recognize me when I come in because I always get at least 6 almond croissants plus other items. They mostly are able to provide them straight from the oven, which makes my husband a very happy camper!

Food is always good. You have a counter for faster check out for onlineorders. Staff are courteous

The staff are always friendly and smiling. They offer to help and are quick to clean your table if needed. I appreciate their patience with my special needs son! They make us feel welcome.

The cashiers were absolutely amazing and the bussers were quiet but nice. An overall sweet restaurant that deserves more customers. 10/10 will come again very soon!!!

When entering the store I was glad to see how clean the restaurant was. I was greeted promptly and the cashier was very kind. I haven’t been in this store in about 2 years, so it was nice visit and I enjoyed my fresh baguettes.
