The online ordering process was incredibly easy. The options were well explained and detailed. The delivery of items were exactly as described. I would 100% order again when there's another event where it's needed.

The order was delivered on time and it was fresh and appealing. Juan was helpful and set up everything for us. The area to set up the food was not quite ready but Juan was patient and did not rush me at all. He was understanding and accommodating. I will order from La Madeleine in the future.

Staff is always friendly and highly attentive. While on the patio several employees stopped and asked me how everything was and if there was anything else I needed. Cleared away dirty plates/tray when I was done. Great staff and experience!

I ordered with the app. When I arrived food was ready to pick up. Food was delicious but soup was very small.

I was satisfied because of the nice staff. The food was really yummy. And the free jam and toast were really good too.
