Good food and great service

I ate at Harry’s Kenya and it altered my acceptability levels. The lettuce was crisp, succulent, unblemished and fresh. The servers stood near you in a circumspect manner as witnesses to your experience. The meal was flawlessly executed.

I ordered scrammbled egg. They brought thebirder and it was too cold. I am jot sure if they just cook it or just reheat the previous cooked egg

I was satisfied

The eggs were cold. I ordered a caramel latte but received a caramel macchiato, she was going to remake it but I just kept it. The bacon was thin and undercooked.

I ordered through Juan and he was there the day of. I was hosting a bridal shower. I was told to bring my own tablecloths. I did - and it was a good thing. The tables were gross and not clean in the Garden room. The room was very HOT! My command strips would not stick. I was sweating. I brought it to the attention of one of the associates. They said they could not change the temp and brought in a fan! (Juan changed it much later.) She was rude about it. About 5 minutes later, I walked to the front and asked a nice young man for a napkin to wipe my sweat. He handed me some. The rude young lady said napkins were self serve? What? Food presentation was awful. I assumed that items would be on white plates like the restaurant. Nope! Served in plastic containers We also had mimosas and wine. Was given plastic cups! Plastic plates and utensils. Since the event was in the restaurant, I expected real silverware, cups and plates. I am too old to drink wine from a plastic cup and not the vibe I wanted! I was also told someone would be assigned to the party to replenish as needed. Food arrived 15 min late and I had to tell Juan/front staff of additional needs.

The balsamic salmon and red roasted mashed potatoes are absolutely delicious. The creme brûlée is exquisite! The atmosphere is very inviting.
