There was no tiramisu. The iced coffee was the only thing missing from our order. Finally the app itself is having some issues when trying to scan the code.

I ordered a potato soup and was missing my bacon and cheese. This wasn't the first time this issue has happened. It's not the worst that can happen, but it's a bummer.

The pastries were way too high priced. That may be the reason we won't frequent the bakery too often.

So, in general, I'm pretty satisfied with La Madeline, I really like the food, but I my issue was that for this big order, I need the personnel to take the food to our breakroom with my, however neither of them had IDs and they couldn't enter the facility. I find that very unprofessional considering the amount of food that needed to be deliver.

The lemon tart hardly has any lemon flavor. The filling is very bland.

I was unable to use a free croissant reward that was expiring yesterday. I even tried to use the app to make the order and it was toggled on, but no luck. I ended up paying for two croissants as a result. Not really a big deal but I had already bought a bakery box and will have to eat a lot of extra calories because I cannot justify wasting a delicious croissant! The cashier had no idea how to resolve the issue which was sad. I did not wish to elevate the issue to a manager because it was my birthday and I am not that petty. Cheers!

My food was good and fulfilling. The associate I had to talk to about my Lemonade not being added to the order quickly rectified the situation.

Restrooms smelled bad. My salad had feta cheese on it which I don't like. Bread was not warm.
