There was an employee who was loudly discussing slavery, slave owners, beating slaves, torturing slaves etc. directly between the entry and the register. Employees were incorrectly wearing face coverings.

I was really excited to have our baby shower at this location in the wine room, we were assisted by Krystal the manager and was told how everything would be. I called a month in advance to book, the week of she told me to email her with menu and all. I did and did not get a response for 3-4 days later and that is because I reached out to here again. From this phone call, she was not helpful at all.. I would ask her questions and her response was "she would have to check" I needed the invoice sent to me so I could pay and I had to call several times to get it and she would tell me I would get it right away and that ended getting sent to me many hours later and it was by then an expired link. I had several issues come up during the event and her response was no helpful but rather " i am thinking of something but not sure I can help" .. she never checked on us or even greeted us. It was almost like we were in the way... Juan the server that day was very helpful and friendly. after the food was placed, I had to go keep asking for plates, napkins and refill on the beverages. The service was not great, we have always been loyal customers to la madeline. what a shame..

I Dined at La Madeleine many times. However, in this visit, I ordered the whole Napoleon cake and I am disappointed that the cake was stale.

They missed placing the meat for thanksgiving dinner. When I called I went and picked the missing item, it was still frozen so me and my family missed thanksgiving dinner thanks to you guys

The bacon and chicken was not fully cooked and the lemon la madeleine were nasty.

At $3.19 per drink and all of the tea was spoiled. I asked for them to clean the tea dispensers and make fresh tea. It was 20 minutes before they even started to make tea and only after I complained several times did they do anything. The manager refused to refund my money saying it would go back in my account, but it doesn’t because I paid with the app. Now I have been cheated out of the price of 2 drinks and still have to get something to drink somewhere else and return to the store to talk to the district manager about this. This is the kind of thing that makes me stop coming to a restaurant. Plus, I usually come 3-6 times a month.🙁 If the tea is not good; where else are you cutting corners?

I ordered just drinks and the cashier chuckled because she thought I was poor because i couldn't afford food because I don't have money because I actually can afford it because I just didn't want to, can you call me back

Called in my order at 12:17 pm paid for it at 12:36pm and still wasn’t ready by 12:51 pm so I asked for a refund and told him I will run my drink I took a sip of and he said don’t worry, I was thinking he was going to not charge me but he did. This made me sad because I loved this place.

I got A side of spicy kale soup as a side for my sandwich which is an up charge on my meal. This soup was disgusting, black , over reduced and super bitter. I couldn't even eat it it was disgusting not only that the sandwich had no meat on it? I could count the pieces of chicken in my sandwhich and there was little to no cheese ...... but at least it was edible. The soup made me gag it was gross and I will never order this from this place again.
