All in all I am satisfied with my la Madeleine experience. And I liked their food a lot! Sometimes the café is too cold in winter time!

The sandwiches are half the size they used to be. They look very sloppy and not appealing at all. The taste is still there, that’s the only reason I would order it again. The bowls of pasta are filled to maybe 75%. I order the cup with my sandwich combo and a bowl in order to get a filling serving, again taste is still there. I know it’s hard times for everyone but I feel like loyal customers like me should get something better than what we’re getting.

There was no tiramisu. The iced coffee was the only thing missing from our order. Finally the app itself is having some issues when trying to scan the code.

I never said I was not satisfied. It’s a nice place to eat, and the food is good.

I ordered a potato soup and was missing my bacon and cheese. This wasn't the first time this issue has happened. It's not the worst that can happen, but it's a bummer.

I didn’t feel the price I paid for the blueberry lemon cheesecake was appropriate for the taste/quality
