We like la madeleine usually, but today i ordered the caesar salad and the lettuce looked old and very saggy.

I asked for a requested time for deliver and the requested time was not met. This made the meeting start late by 30 minutes. This is not a good look for my business.

We ordered Pasteries but they did not taste like they used to. The Blueberry muffin was very dry and hard and the strawberry Napoleon's filling was bland.

The items I really wanted to purchase was my favorite the Lemon Madeleines…They only had three and all three looked over cooked and dried out. When asked if they had anymore, I was told no.

The menu stated that if ordering an entree, if you add petite salade, it costs $3.29. I got quiche, with chicken salade, but I got charged $4.49 plus 36¢ tax for the extra chicken salade. The chicken salade also was a bit dry with large chunks not easy to chew..

the first cashier did not understand his job nor how to use the software. The order was not complete when it was brought to our table. The food temperature was inconsistent. The bread was left over from the previous day. So, the bread was the worst that I have ever eaten at a la Madeleine. Several tables required that someone remove the used dishes and things left behind by departed guests.

I go to this LaMadeleins once or twice a month. The breakfast croissants are about half the size they used to me, the price has increased. The soup was room temperature, French Onion. The cheese was melted, so it mush have been sitting out.
