la Madeleine

I always order La Medeleine Chicken pasta and they charge me for a ckn pesto and a side o broccoli to make it happen but today my daughter was unhappy that they didn't add the chicken. Only mushroom, broccoli, parsley and tomatoes were added along the sauce and pasta.

This Madeleine just lacks that ambience of wanting to dine in. I always feel as if the place doesn’t have any customers. Variety of pastries and the appearance just are not appealing. Pastries look as if they’re stale. I tried a chocolate almond croissant and it was ok. I’ve had better at other locations. In my opinion this place needs liveliness needs a better appealing area of pastries along with liveliness. Something that brings people into the cafe.

The only thing wrong was I paid for soup i never ended up getting. The tea also tasted very sour like it was old.

Knots flying around. Stuffing for turkey needs fluffing before being served. Turkey portion misleading.

My tomato basil soup was lukewarm, and I went to take it back, but waited at the counter, but never had anybody help me. Went to get a coffee refill and two of the coffee urns were removed waited a while no coffee was brought.

Understandably on a busy day, there was limited seating. However, didn't have the superb customer service we're used to. No avail utensils. No way to redeem points in the app, and soup was cold. Had to remind them of some missing items as well.

I asked if vitamin water was available and I was told yes. I wanted to make sure because there has been times that it taste like water. I get the beverage and it does not taste like vitamin water. Manager comes and states this is how vitamin water taste like. Of course I am upset because it’s not vitamin water. Ridiculous.

My fruit salad was rotten. As soon as I opened the container I could smell that it was rotted.

The breakfast I had at this restaurant was very tasteless. I do not like to order salt or pepper to my meals I always eat them the way they bring it to the table. I ordered the country style breakfast, the eggs were tasteless and the potato patty was crispy on the outside and the inside part was not good at all. Coffee did not taste like coffee and when i mentioned to one of the ladies that was delivering some food she apologized for it and then she suggested for me to get a fountain drink!! I told her I do not drink fountain drinks with breakfast...I think she thought about and then she mentioned a different drink and end up bringing me some orange juice. Orange juice was just as bad as most of my food. I left the restaurant a bit unhappy and a very bad after taste for the food that i tried to eat. I was hungry! I end up just grabbing coffee from another place (one of my favorite ones) to take away the bad taste I had in my mouth.
