The manager recognized me and called me by name. Her name is Flory. I ordered a cup of coffee and the receipt had a survey. For stopping in before closing for a hot drink and completing the invitation to share feedback, I will enjoy a complimentary pastry, a cookie, either chocolate chunk pecan or oatmeal raisin.

Even though one entree was missed from my original order, the store manager quickly took care of it.
