Was unable to redeem rewards online. New rewards redemption process is a nightmare. Disappointed that old reward redemption process, which was simple and worked very has been replaced by an ill-planned, sometimes impossible to use, reward redemption plan.

Overall I was satisfied and I don’t have any negative comments to make. The only thing we were not happy about was the mango tea, as we ordered it instead of the unsweetened tea because we assumed the mango tea would be sweetened or at the very least flavored. But when we drank it, it had no sweetening in it at all. I’m not sure if they forgot to add the mango syrup into the batch? Or is the mango tea supposed to be unsweet? Because if so, it would have been nice to be informed that the mango tea is also an unsweet tea.

The food was overall great the issue we sustained was in regards to the pin pad not accepting out ApplePay payment and this made us feel as we were in the spot light feeling slightly embarrassed.

Prices seemed kinda high for the portions. Pasta salad noodles were mushy. No suggestions of food products.
