I visit several of your establishments thoughout the year. Some are satisfying experiences rarely is it poor. This location is exceptionally run. It is always being cleaned. As soon as multiple people for different orders form a line waiting, a person gets to a 2nd register to get the line moving quickly. The pastries are made that recently, which in the humidity levels of this city is important for crust flake. The soups are consistent. The staff is thorough in taking the order and suggestive selling so I get exactly the kind of meal experience I am looking for. Management is visible, expedition of orders from kitchen, and making sure togo orders are complete. Staff delivers food to dining room with a smile that you can feel despite being covered by a mask. Being in the service industry for decades, I really appreciate a well run establishment, and while I enjoy many locations. This one is a superior experience. When I bring my friends its important that my dining recommendations do not embarrass me. And it tickles me when I see a pastry bag or coffee at work from your chain.

The cashier greeted me right away with, “Bonjour!” My order was correct and tasted delicious. I enjoyed sitting beside the fireplace even though it isn’t cold in Houston right now—it still makes for a lovely setting.

Service always friendly. Staff knows my picks. Readiness of the staff to rapidly attend requests.
