The side Caesar salad wasn't cold and had almost no dressing. My sandwich was very dry.

My sandwich was not properly wrapped. It was just placed in a bag without a wrapper. Additionally, the wait time to get my online order was long. Took a minute before the staff acknowledged me even though there were no other customers. The employees were just occupied speaking with each other.

In this order everything is ok, don't have any problem. But, I had a bad experience on the same day with the baguette that I purchased; it wasn't like a french baguette, the taste and texture it is weird, like reheated bread, so it was frustrating.

There are different flavors in the same product every time even it is coffee. I like a stable flavor experience and I don't want to think about what it will taste like this time.

The chicken you make now has no flavor. Please bring back the rotisserie chicken you used to serve on the Caesar salad. I love the white chocolate lemon cookies. I wish you made them year round. However, the one I had today was very dry. They are so, so good when moist.

The salad portion was smaller than they usually give. Some of the ban on in the sandwich tasted a bit under cooked. The table I sat at was not cleaned

I only am highly satisfied for over the top service. The service was good it wasn't amazing though. The people were friendly and my order came quickly

Often the coffee is not fresh and very often it is not hot. Also, the tables should be cleaned by dispo0sable wipes using a clean wipe to clean each table. Not the same rag on every table.

Not all of the associates are as helpful as others. When I ordered my food, I checked with the gentleman taking the order as to whether the store had the frozen take-and-bake chocolate croissants (which, by the way, are excellent). He checked in the back and verified that they did. When I finished eating, I went to the counter and asked the lady there to please get me a box. She quickly responded - without bothering to look - that they were out. Of course, they were not, and eventually I got my box. The folks behind the counter need to be sure to check availability before simply claiming to be out. Had I not already known that the item was in fact available, I would have left empty handed - and you would have lost a sale.
