The blueberry muffin I ordered was not fresh. It was as if it had been sitting there for a few days. It was very dry and I didn't eat the whole muffin like I normally do. This is the 1st time I've had this bad of a muffin there.

American breakfast was given 1 sausage and 1/2 BACON!!!! How come? Looks like not respecting the customer!!!! Other la madeleine when u mix sausage n bacon , given 2 bacon and 1 sausage Still acceptable if it is 1 sausage and 1 whole bacon !!! Eggs a bit over cook Staff needs to be frendlier ! 😊😊😊

I was the only person in front of the cashier and he was busy counting the register money and did not acknowledge me whatsoever. I waited a few minutes before I finally had to ask him for assistance. He proceeded to take my order but did not apologize for my wait.

The ordering process was chaos. The first woman I spoke to hung up on me twice. She was extremely rude and patronizing. Then when I kept calling back, no one answered. so I'm guessing she could see my called ID and wasn't going to take my call. Had I not REALLY wanted to order from you, I definitely would have called somewhere else. Definitely. I probably spoke to 5 different people (being put on hold for an extended time each time) before I finally found Jose! He was super helpful, friendly, and competent. When I called back to make additions to my order, there was confusion b/c I had 2 orders. The person I spoke to could not understand what I wanted and didn't want. No clue why there were 2 orders in the computer and no clue why she was so confused. Eventually, we got it settled. BUT it took WAY longer than it should have. Then, the order was missing a salad dressing, but I called and they brought it to me!!! Which was very nice! Lastly, no one ever explained to me why I would be charged preliminarily more than my order cost, so I had to call. Luckily, I was able to talk to Jose and he explained it to me. The process was more complicated than it was worth.

I was not highly satisfied because almost every time I order something I ask for water. Most of the time they don't bring it out to me even though it's on the ticket. sometimes they've not included other items mentioned on the ticket as well. If they do bring me water there is no straw. Also, some of the employees have a hard time speaking English. All of this further wastes my time which is limited due to being a lunch break.
