Some of the items we ordered were not very fresh. The potato galette looked and felt like it'd been reheated for hours.

The tables are always sticky here. Everything else was good.

I always enjoy quality of food and servcies

I had to repeat my order multiple times before the cashier understood what I wanted. This may easily be attributed to the noise level in the restaurant.

I asked for bread but did not get any. I also would like flavored creamer options, but they told me they didn't have any.

Awareness of many guests waiting in line when there are 2 open registers but no one takes initiative or apologizes. Front alarm and front door gets stuck. New rewards program inconvenient. Croissants displayed are burnt. Coffee area dirty and creamer is empty.. a lot.

I ordered the lite ceasar salad with chicken. In years past (and at multiple other locations) this was served with leafy lettuce and large peices of roasted chicken. On this visit at this location they use what appears to be chopped or half size peices of lettuce (there's no space between the lettuce peices, its more like a close togther mound) and the chicken was thin flat strips and not as many as normal. I just tasted heavy, salad majority, thin on the chicken. It may have been fresh, but it didnt taste light and fresh because it was all so close together and because there was limited chicken to create normal flavor. It was ok, but not the usual refreshing. Also the price was about 13$, so not quite what I was expecting for that amount given the past caesar salads at lamadeleines. Also, it was absolutely FREEZING in the cafe. I have noticed this on other occasions at this location and its part of the reason that I dont go there. If the AC is up because the kitchen is hot, thats not the customers problem, the customers comfort shouldnt come at the cooking's expense; this hurts business and should be fixed.

No one acknowledged me and I was clearly waiting by the to-go food. The person at the register just kept taking orders. I had to ask if she could check to see if one of the bags that were sitting there were mine.
