I was trying to remember the name of a dessert and the associate was not helpful at all. She didn't say anything or point to what the item might have been as I was describing what it was.

The crapes were not hot, very little cream cheese inside and 6 old blueberries on the top. Nothing like the picture on the menu.

I didn’t have my glasses to read the menu so I asked the cashier for help. He charged me a more expensive item when what I wanted to available at a lower price.

baugettes are unavailable but ciabatta bread was about half the size of the normal ciabatta bread. the commodity surcharge was the piece de resistance! you don't have the baugettes yet you charged an extra 50 cents just because.

I am a frequent customer of your chain and have been to multiple locations but this location, San Felipe, has the absolute worst customer service person taking orders !! His attitude is horrible! He never greets customers or at least me and he doesn’t pay attention. I specifically asked for something to be added to my order and he didn’t even add it to my order as I didn’t see it on my receipt. So when my food came out it was clearly missing exactly what I ordered! I work in the area and I am on lunch break and don’t have time to have flood remade! He needs coaching

Good morning, It was my first-time ordering from this restaurant. I honestly thought that I was going to see more variety for the price that I paid for. I never thought that coffee or juice was not included, or ham, or toasted bread with jelly, or even pancakes but anyhow I still appreciated the services. Thank you.

The Florentine quiche was horrible. It tasted like it had been naked months ago, frozen, shipped, reheated and finally served. I ate less than half and threw away the rest. Really bad. And the quiche used to be very good. It was tasteless as well
