It was very cold. No fire inside and the temperature inside was as cold as outside. No effort was made to have customer feel welcomed or comfortable.

Perfect experience

I have been ordering the Thanksgiving feast for years for our office. I noticed that now things are different and the small things make a difference: now we have to pay upcharge for the food warmers - i'd rather that be included in the total order; also, there is no option to request food warmer for the add on items if we wanted to. There is also no pumkin pie and pecan pie options. This was disappointing. Yes, the food is good, but these small add ons make a difference in presentation and experience. I'd rather pay a bit more but to have it all done right than to pay upcharge for every single thing. And there's no option for adding warmer for the add on items which is disappointing

I am satisfied with La Madeleine; however, my order was a call in order, so I was in and out.

I ordered a HOT roast beef but the only thing hot was the bread which was toasted... would've been better if the cheese was at least melted on.
