The ease of placing and picking up my order in a clean location with Friendly Knowledgeable Employees made my experience excellent.

I ordered 2 Nutella muffins. Accidentally the cashiers charged only one. I did not notice that she only charged my card for one muffin. When I asked the second one the cashiers got angry unnecessarily. We checked the receipt and we figured she only charged once. She made a big deal. However, I paid for second muffin and finally got another muffin:)

Often coffee is empty or not hot enough. Tables are being wiped with the same rag so just spreading germs. Should use disposable wipes
