la Madeleine

The room I was in not in order. Chairs were scattered. Maybe some tables were elsewhere. It was very cold. I was by the fireplace and still felt chilled. The egg crepe might need a boost in taste. It's not as tasty as the other crepes such as the chicken crepe. I love la Madeleine and will go back soon to try something else. I have lots of favorites!

I have not been highly satisfied with La Mad since you changed your rewards program. Definitely not valuing the customer as much.....

This is the neighborhood lamad. We usually go once or more a week. The food and location work well for us and we will continue to go to this one.

Service and friendly staff

I was highly satisfied because the enployers were very nice towards me. They were very kind and the restaurant was very clean and when I didnt know what something had they were very nice and tell me about the food.

I don't like that the cutlery has to be picked up separately and is not delivered with the food

The menu is limited especially if you go there often.

I was not satisfied with the lettuce that was on the order, gritty. Also, the amount of turkey. For the price very little turkey for the price. This has happened 3 times and I expressed this when I ordered. Please put more turkey.

I had to repeat my order like three times to the lady at the front desk, but to be fair the freezer is pretty loud and she gave me everything I asked for!
