the service was good and i enjoyed the food as well. i will definitely recommend this to my friends and family. the environment was very welcoming.

The table was sticky. Things set on the table stuck to it. It was very loud.

My order sat on the counter while the cashier took three other customers' orders, and I was standing in front of the counter for almost 20 minutes.

Was unable to redeem rewards online. New rewards redemption process is a nightmare. Disappointed that old reward redemption process, which was simple and worked very has been replaced by an ill-planned, sometimes impossible to use, reward redemption plan.
