I am sad to see that La Madeleine is still allowing or encouraging people to remote work from your restaurant. It ruins the atmosphere and enjoyment of a fast casual meal. I don’t know why La Madeleine must compete with Starbucks when you have so much more to offer.

The price was quite high for my items. It was $25 without tip for food that was not very filling. My soup also could have been hotter. I wish they had a friend and grilled chicken option to add on the Caesar salad.

The last two times I ordered my side has been incorrect. The receipt shows the order was placed correctly. Tomato basil soup is what I ordered and they sent me Tomato Basil Pesto Pasta Salad, the receipt said soup so I did not order incorrectly. It's obviously an ongoing issue because again, this happened the last 2 times I ordered. I don't like the Basil Pesto Pasta. Very frustrating.

I am usually highly satisfied with the welcome and friendliness of the staff. That was not the case today.

had half chicken caesar sandwich with caesar salad as the other half. there was exactly ONE crouton in the salad!

I think our delivery person was not having a good day. I don't want to complain about the delivery but usually the person is more about customer service. It is it outside and everyone has a bad day. Hopefully, her day got better! :)
