Santos was a very attentive, friendly, and his customer service was exceptional. As soon as we came in, we were greeted by him. He was excited to take our order and deliver us our plates. Phenomenal guy!

I frequently dine at La Madeleine. I stopped by to bring home a couple of items and the gentleman taking my order was very friendly and attentive to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I was very pleased with visit.

Yourself was super friendly and funny. I love the entry where they have various items set out. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Valentines.

I was highly satisfied with my most recent La Madeleine experience. Adrianna welcomed me with a smile and quickly and accurately took my order. The food was delicious. The manager, Santos, made a point of coming by my table to welcome me and make sure all was OK.
