Flory is manager and she said to me, “You come in here all the time. I want you to fill out a survey and you will get a free pastry.” I told her, “I already have a survey on my receipt with my order.” She responded, “Then now you get two. It’s for a free pastry.” I never told her that I have filled out every feedback survey I have ever gotten from la Madeleine. I fill in the name Alan G. and I am certain someone in the office group recognizes that name.

LESLEY took my order and helped me with the new app. My vision is very bad, LESLEY'S help made my visit much easier. I love the great food, coffee, and service at this location. I have been a customer here from the first day it opened. I live across the street. Thanks, LESLEY and la Madeleine for great experiences.

THE APP. was the problem. I could not get the app to work so that I could get credit for my order. The cashier or the sales assistant she tried, and tried to help me with the app, but I had to just pay for it, and not get credit because it would not bring up the QR code, so that I could scan where I would get my rewards very unhappy about this, because I count on those rewards It wanted me to enter a credit card into the app. I’m old and I didn’t wanna do that. I just want to pay for it. Please help me. I did not get credit for me buying eight muffins. I love the brand muffin.

Large number of great breakfast options, all of which taste great. Order was taken quickly and delivered shortly thereafter- not long wait. Very enjoyable experience

The selection of options is very attractive to me. The salad sampler is so versatile that I can order it 3 or 4 times and it will be a totally new meal each time, thus never getting old or boring.
