I was Highly Satisfied with my la Madeleine cafe experience for following reasons: The ambience of the cafe is always very pleasing, the staff members are very accommodating and friendly, and the food items ordered are very satisfying!

I enjoy the food and the whole experience. Great many and ambiance.

The food was delicious. The app rewards are great, but please bring back the DUET to the menu! The options are great.

I was satisfied with how easy it was to place an online app order. When I went to pick up my order I was greeted by the staff.

Seems to have new staff who are very efficient and focused on service. One on going issue though is the temperature of the decaf coffee. I think fewer customers drink decaf and so it sits in the decanter for longer and cools off. This is not just at this location. In my experience it’s a most I’ve visited.

Speed of service, friendly service, tasty food, great value, convenient location, no waiting time, good selection on the menu also making available your salad dressing and the soups for sale. Your Caesar salad dressing is the best.
