Had a catering event for Tulane university. The food was fresh employee was so nice and set up for us for our event. It was so good, we ordered again the next day

The manager Angela was so polite. The muffin was fresh. I work across the street so it’s very convent for me.

I love the food here. The atmosphere is always nice. The staff is friendly. And it is close to my house.

What stood out was the friendliness and helpfulness of the employee who greeted and served me. The beautiful French music that was playing at a pleasant and reasonable volume, the sachet torte was delicious.

The staff is ALWAYS so kind, professional, and accommodating. On April 4, I placed a catering order but forgot to add one additional lunch box. I called to explain the situation to the catering manager, and she immediately stated that it was not a problem; things happen, but she would take care of it for me. That seems like a simple gesture, but I can't thank her enough for her kindness. It goes a long way! Earlier this week, I used a different restaurant for catering. I was beyond disappointed, but I can always depend on La Madeleine's excellent service. It's always top-tier and consistent. Thank you!
