Its very inviting, from the first time you walk in. We were greeted by a friendly and helpful associate. Our questions about the menu were answered promptly. Our food came out very quickly.

The customer service was outstanding. The manager Ms. Shaina was incredible and made it a point to make sure that we had everything we needed and then some. She was amazing!

The manager, Shaina, made this experience one to remember. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing for my boyfriend because both of the names were French, and Shaina came out and greeted us and not only let us keep the meal we ordered but had the meal we wanted made for us as well. She also visited with us and truly touched our hearts. She truly exemplified the best customer service I have ever experienced. Not to mention the food was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! La Madeline is the place to BE!!!!
