Friendly surver

Food was good. Bacon was not crispy as ordered. Everything else was good. We live in Ohio and will be leaving. We won’t be able to visit this restaurant until our next visit

our meals were only warm, not hot. my potato galette was not completely cooked, although edible. we miss the bread availability. and the jam.

Food is always good. Desserts are always amazing. Ambience is always pleasing.

It took a while for someone to come take my order. I ordered some 7 grain bread and they were out of the ingredient labels. other than that all good

One of the associates, I don’t know his name, came and told me that the kitchen was out of granola as I had ordered the yogurt parfait. He was proactive enough to come and let me know that and asked me if I wanted something in place of it. I ordered the avocado toast. I frequent La Madeline often and I was just disappointed as I had my heart set on the yogurt parfait which I regularly get.

Very clean and good service with a good atmosphere.

I’m very picky when it comes to restaurants. It’s hard for me to give a perfect score when it could always be better. But overall, the experience was still nice and comforting.

The person in front of me was trying to order food for someone on the phone. Since she could not decide what the person on the phone wanted, the server should have asked her to step aside and take care of the next person in line. He did not do that, but let her prattle on over the phone, delaying everyone else. Common sense should have suggested that he go to the next person in line until she could make up her mind.
