No one wa at the counter to take my order. It took a good 5 minutes before anyone waited on me. There were no other customers.

In the past, I have ordered breakfast and was highly satisfied, but this time my hash brown patty was harder than normal. It tasted as if it sat for a while and dried out.

I just spent ten minutes writing my issues with this, and then it disappeared. 1). Service is slow and disorganized. Management needs to formalize a PROCESS for ordering then delivering the food to the customers. Servers walk around with trays unsure where to bring the tray of food (getting cold) 2) the pastry chef/preparer has long hair hanging down in front of her face and this has been MONTHS since I have mentioned it to a manager there. It is unappetizing and unsanitary!! 3) I have never received all the items I’ve ordered at any time I’ve visited. Is there not an expediter to check the orders for completion? Very disorganized. The items are tasty but the process is unclear and unsatisfying. Even the servers and staff look unsure as to the process of serving the customers on relatively long, slow lines. It seems that the staff wants to do a good job, but are confused as to how to complete the orders.

Restaurant was not very clean. Order was incorrect. I notified waiter and he still didn’t being missing items. I had to go to the counter.

I had a coupon, and I attempted to place my order via the app. The app would not add the discount, so I placed the order in the cafe. Of course, I was not able to use the coupon, which was very frustrating. However, I did not have time to visit another restaurant, so I ended up placing the order in the cafe without the discount, which again was very frustrating! This is NOT the first time this has happened, which is why I do not patronize the restaurant as often as I used to.
