Reserved a room to eat in for a tea. Food served in cardboard boxes with styrofoam plates. Was told that the restaurant had nothing else for serving. Lemonade was not prepared. Had to ask for water. No one checked on us during our 2 hour reservation. No refill of water. I hosted a similar event in January at this location. Ceramic serveware and plates with glass drink ware. Completely different experience. Will not be back.

The mobile app does not allow for gift cards to be used when ordering. I had to put a credit card in to complete my order. I DID NOT WANT TO PUT A CC IN, BUT COULDNT ORDER WITHOUT ONE. So, instead of waiting outside and calling, I went in and asked the cashier, who didnt know the answer to my question. She then had to call the manger who told me that you cant use gift cards in the app. Manager didnt even know if you could use them when ordering online. please change app so that gift cards are allowed. Based on this experience, I would not use the app again. But then, so many of your rewards come through the app, so please dont make your rewards app restricted. Thank YOu.

The experience was just okay but the food ordered is spoiled! This was a to go order for a pound of chicken. I an on a strict eating program and it doesn't include eating bad food! I sent the manager an email the same day but have not received a response.

This is the second time in a row that I've had an issue with my order in the past few weeks. This order specifically, I was missing my croissants and had I not double checked my bag in the car, I would have gotten to the event and been embarrassed. Order 12111794, my Au Gratin was apparently given to another guest and they had to substitute another item that I did not want last minute. The gentleman that was helping me was very helpful though and handled the situation appropriately. I order for client events and I'm now a little warry of ordering in the future.

We ordered 2 macchiatos. There were only 2 people in front of us when we ordered. There were several more after ours. The people after us received theirs 1st. When asked how much longer and the issue she said we'll I have alot to make. I understood that. My issue was that ours was ordered 1st. We had received our food and eaten before the coffees were made. I went ask for a refund on the drinks. The woman who helped me then was nice and tried to make the situation right. However FIFO doesn't just apply to food safety it also applies to orders.

There were several empty tables but all were full of dirty dishes. We sat at a table where I removed the dirty cups but no one ever came to clean it. Our food took a very long time to arrive and the croissant was cold and the bacon was sloppy when we asked for it to be cooked crispy. Also, we were served in "to go" containers but no one else was.

second time i come here and they messed up my order. the omelettes were greasy. the onion soup did not get to me w my order and had to pick it up from counter and it was cold like fridge cold. returned it and did not get an apologize either. like the atmosphere and environment of restaurant but doubt will come again

The person at the counter taking orders was quite rude with us. She had a very snobby attitude towards customers and should be working back in the kitchen, not with customers. My wife wanted to scan her rewards app after we ordered and then the associate told her that she should have done that before we paid. It would be nice if they told us this or offered the option to scan it first, how are we supposed to know how La Madeleine's system works? We don't work there, they do. We ordered something else and my wife attempted to scan her app this time prior to paying. The associate snapped at my wife and said "I'm not ready for that yet!" Afterwards, my wife went to get ice for her beverage (which was out) and came back to the counter to inform the associate about this; the associate told us their ice maker had broken and "they didn't have ice for anyone. Sorry." The manager could have gotten ice locally to at least offer to customers who already paid for an overpriced beverage, but instead, everyone had to resort to drinking room-temperature drinks. They could have handled that situation better and the attitude of the associate working the register is unacceptable.

First forgot my soup I ordered. Had to go back which they gave me. Then I get home and they did not give me the sandwich I ordered and I ordered a full but was only given a half. Wish I could be compensated for the missing half of the sandwich I ordered.

The cashier taking our order sneezed right in front of us, covered her nose with her hands, and then when we asked for a Coke up she put her hands inside the cup when giving it to us. Absolutely disgusting and totally aggregating all COVID-19 protocols. Do these people Not know what's going on in Louisiana? Regarding the food, the soup was poured on top of the sandwich. Probably an accident but it made for a sloppy sandwich at best.
