Tables were not cleaned off properly; food still , I.e., crumbs still visible. Noticed this a number of times..

The tray that holds the complimentary sliced bread has a cover that can be raised and lowered to keep the bread fresh. The cover has been broken for months and the manager and staff know about it. On this particular visit, the giver was totally removed leavening flies to light on the bread and the bread was dried out so hard it was inedible. I think sending a new bread tray with lid to the cafe is an easy fix. Why has it gone on like this for months and not been addressed. The bread sits out all day UNCOVERED.

It could be a little cleaner. I’m talking about the table we sat at. That’s the main thing.

Speed and accuracy of service. Food was great. Great environment for adults and children

There appears to be a management problem in that there is a high turnover of personnel. In addition the pastry cases were almost empty, which should not be the case at 11:30 am. Also, my tomato basil soup was marginally cold - I could eat it, but it was not hot enough to be enjoyable. The shining point was the server/dining floor person.

Trouble with ice there. Had to buy bottled drinks. Napkins were not in dispenser

I was looking forward to bread with my soup. When I returned home I realized none had been put in my bag. I realize that I can get it myself but expect it to be in my bag when I place a to-go order.

Server was very friendly

Everything was good except for the temperature. The pastry with mushrooms on top was barely warm. Everything else was good.
