Utensils available for use look stained or dirty. Glass given to fill drink was wet. Food had lukewarm to cool spots in it.

Food was cool. not even lukewarm.

There were things mentioned on the menu that were not provided (i.e. tomatoes, cheese). I also ordered food to serve 30 people and I found that there was not enough eggs and bacon to supply our whole team. The food was delicious and the pastries were wonderful, I just found that it wasn't enough to serve the team that we had.

The cashier did not say “bon jour” and wasn’t as friendly as my experience in the past. Also, the floors were unswept and dirty.

There were 2 of us dining and one of us was almost finished eating before the other meal arrived. Otherwise the food was good. The fire was a nice touch.

I was helped right away. The three desserts I picked out were delicious. There were lots of options.
