Very slow service and they did not give me everything I ordered

The food was great. However, I ordered ahead so I wouldn't have to wait in the line for the dinner rush. I paid online and everything. Yet they still made me wait in the line that was out the door for people who were placing orders, even though my food was ready behind the counter.
