The masseuse and facials were both AMAZING. My back pain was almost completely gone, and my skin looked incredible. Both were so kind and friendly and made me feel very safe, seen, and taken care of.

Overall I am satisfied with my experience at H&S because the staff is friendly and always make sure I’m comfortable. They are very accommodating to my scheduling changes and offer me water when I come in and leave.

The massage therapist did an excellent job at identifying my problem areas and releasing the tension/knots. I was very happy with the level of pressure used during my deep tissue massage. I was not in pain, and the knots in my back were released.

My Therapist, Sarah, has been doing my massages for almost a year and she is amazing. She really focuses in my problem areas and helps me relax!
