David was by far the best masseuse I have had. He knew exactly what I needed and applied the right amount of pressure. He was professional and friendly.

This was my birthday and my first time at Hand and Stone. Massage by Anne was absolutely amazing!

It was more than I expected for my first time, my anwers will explain why I was highly satisfied with my visit. I'm visiting from out of state and there is no Hand & Stone in my area of LA. So I won't be back until whenever my next visit to MI is.

Overall was a great experience. loved my facial and facialist. there was a lot of gossiping in the lobby area from staff which was unpleasant.

The massage was really great. The therapist provided an excellent massage and helped me feel very relaxed.

A little confusion with the phone reception. I was on hold over 10 minutes. We made it on time. Time taken away filling out health information. We were not told to come 15 minutes early, even though it was 10 minutes early. I enjoyed my session with Anne. She was helpful.
