It is a pleasure to order catering from La Madeleine, it's always on time, the service is great and friendly. I love the lady that brings the catering and sets it up, she's amazing and very sweet.

I have been to this La Madeleine restaurant many times, and the food and service have always been great. This time, I needed to order a family meal for friends who had had a medical emergency, and were recovering at home. I ordered on the website, and when I got to the restaurant, they were finishing up bagging my order, so they were very efficient. The food smelled wonderful, so I'm sure my friends enjoyed it!

The customer service was impeccable. This is my first time here and I had several questions about the menu. Quasha answered every question very pleasantly professional and knowledgeable.

Always excellent customer service. Kind, courteous staff. Love the food.
