This is my usual order, and I count it as a favorite. This time, uncharacteristically, there was less seasoning than before. The rice was unevenly cooked, so numerous grains were quite undercooked. This is our favorite location, so I am sure it was just a glitch. Perhaps someone was new to the job. We will be back! We did purchase pastries on our way out, and they were wonderful!

Waited over 20 minutes to receive part of our order, a grilled cheese sandwich. The tomato basil soup was lukewarm

Lack of organization. I waited way too long for simple eggs and bacon. Croissant is nowhere near the texture and size of the past. This "new" version tasted and looked like it came from a canned biscuit company instead of being freshly mixed and baked onsite. Even the $4 packs of baked croissants at Kroger are much, much better than what La Madeline is currently serving!

Table were not being cleaned off or sanitized. First time here, didn’t really know how it worked and no one greeted to let me know.

I was standing at the beginning of the line (where I used to place my order) for long, staffs passing by, but no one cares to ask. I was a little lost. The cashier had a long face, didn't smile at all. It seemed like I was his burden. If that person didn't like to work, then he just go home. As a paying customer, I feel very uncomfortable.

Dining needs a detailed cleaning. I have mentioned in past surveys it doesn't get done. Check the tables some are wobbly. Tables don't get cleaned quickly enough

They didn’t bring out my Caesar salad with my combo I had to wait and then they brought it and it was good

Considering it was a just a few employees, they were doing they best they could; but one person was not wearing gloves handling the food; the cashier was aggressive trying to keep the line moving but it was hard to order and pay at the same time. She certainly was just trying to keep things moving along but should not be so aggressive doing so. The food was just mediocre; the soup has plastic in it and the dough on my meal was severely under baked.

The main reason why we were a little unhappy was that there was no crème brûlées. Over all though we were able to order what we wanted besides for that.

The Madeline is a great breakfast/brunch spot. I wish it were easier to find where to order. The food was great and great service
